Quintek Signs Investment Banking Deal With Travis Morgan

Quintek Technologies Inc. in Camarillo has entered into an agreement with Travis Morgan Securities Inc., a division of National Capital Cos. Inc., for investment banking and retail brokerage services.

National Capital was founded in 1992 to provide investment banking, brokerage trading and financing services, primarily to rapidly growing small-cap companies.

“Quintek is currently in the best position it’s ever been in, from a backlog and future business standpoint, and expects to turn a profit this quarter,” said Tom Sims, Quintek president and chief executive. “Travis Morgan’s initial efforts will be focused on conveying this success to the financial community.”

Quintek supplies laser-based, chemical-free equipment, software and services used to preserve digital data and ensure against information loss due to such things as catastrophic events, computer viruses and technology obsolescence.
