Odetics Inc.

The Anaheim high-technology incubator company posted a net loss of $12.3 million, or $1.27 a share, for its fiscal second quarter ended Sept. 30. The company lost $2.4 million, or 27 cents a share, for last year’s second quarter, which reflected a $6.6-million tax benefit. Revenue was down 6% to $19 million.
