The Irvine provider of human resources services reported a third-quarter net loss of $17.6 million, or 21 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $3.7 million, or 40 cents a share, for the same period a year ago on a smaller number of shares outstanding. Revenue rose to $20.9 million from $2 million. The company had its initial public offering in June.
