* GoTo.com Inc., an Internet search service, said it bought SearchUp Inc. of Hawaii for $3.23 million in stock to get its Internet directory service. Pasadena-based GoTo.com will exchange about 261,255 of its shares for closely held SearchUp. GoTo.com closed unchanged at $12.38 on Nasdaq.
