Onyx Acceptance Corp.

The Foothill Ranch automobile finance company said third-quarter net income fell nearly 35% to $1.7 million, or 32 cents a share, from $2.6 million, or 39 cents a share, for the same period in 1999. Revenue increased 4.4% to $26.2 million.
