The Irvine residential land development and home-building company said net income for the third quarter totaled $1 million, or 10 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $800,000, or 8 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the 2000 quarter was $7.2 million. No revenue was recorded for the third quarter last year.
