Canadian telecommunications company 360Networks Inc. agreed to buy $254 million in line capacity and other services from Argentina’s Impsat Fiber Networks Inc. as part of its strategy to push into Latin America. Impsat will also buy $46 million of capacity on 360Networks’ undersea lines, which the company is laying between South and North America.
