Renick Cadillac Obtains Subaru Dealership

Renick Cadillac said Tuesday that it has acquired Subaru of Orange County in Huntington Beach, renamed it Renick Subaru and will move the operation to the company’s base in Fullerton. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Renick said in a press release that it wanted to expand and diversify its operation. The Subaru dealership was appealing, renick said, because it was one of only two Subaru dealers in Orange County and because the Subaru’s new Forester sport utility vehicle promises to be a big seller.
