The South Coast Water District board is scheduled Thursday to discuss allocating $44,000 for a geotechnical and environmental study for the district’s San Juan Creek property.
District staff is recommending that the Irvine-based environmental engineering firm Ninyo & Moore prepare an evaluation of the 30-acre property along San Juan Creek between Stonehill Drive and Pacific Coast Highway.
The district revised its cost from an initial estimate of $31,200.
