Last Survivor of Pipeline Blast Dies

The last survivor of a New Mexico natural gas pipeline blast died, raising the death toll to 12 members of an extended family in the accident last month. Officials said Amanda Smith died without regaining consciousness. Smith, 25, lost her husband and two children when the pipeline erupted in a fireball April 19 where the group was camping near Carlsbad.
