Former Fox Sports Net Executive Named to Head Broadband Services

* John Terenzio has been named president of Broadband Sports Inc.’s Broadband Services. A former Fox Sports Net executive, Terenzio will be in charge of creating, developing and supervising all Broadband Sports audio/visual programming as well as helping to coordinate content. Santa Monica-based Broadband Sports is a producer of proprietary sports content for new-media platforms.

* Steven U. Lee has been named Los Angeles Times senior vice president of circulation and consumer marketing, a new position. He had been president of The Times’ Orange County edition. In his new job, Lee will oversee all aspects of circulation and customer service for all editions. The Times also named Robert Palermini, formerly manager of publishing technology at Tribune Publishing Co., as senior vice president and chief technology officer. He will be responsible for all business and production systems. The Times is a unit of Tribune Co.

* Los Angeles-based Meyers Group, a provider of residential real estate information analysis, has appointed Graham Espley-Jones chief financial officer and chief administrative officer. He previously was chief financial officer of Kaufman & Broad’s Multi-Housing Group Inc.

* St. Regis Hotel in Los Angeles has named Lisa Hagen, a former Sunset Marquis Hotel executive, director of sales and marketing. The hotel also named Wolf Walther managing director.

* Los Angeles-based Encore Software Inc., a developer of interactive software, has appointed former Havas Interactive executive producer Sylvia Martinez to be its new vice president of development. She will be responsible for building Encore Software’s PC product lines.

* Johnson Fain Partners, an interior design and architecture firm based in Los Angeles, has promoted Patsy Shigetomi to director of interiors responsible for overseeing all the firm’s interior design projects.
