Share

LMKI Inc., an Irvine provider of high-speed Internet services, said Wednesday that a trio of outside accountants will act as a committee in place of the recently departed chief financial officer.

The company said in a news release that the committee will be headed by Mark D. Murphy, a certified public accountant in Newport Beach. LMKI did not name the other committee members.

Barry W. Hall, LMKI’s chairman, will oversee the committee and participate in all aspects associated with it, including the search for a permanent chief financial officer to replace John W. Diehl Jr., who resigned this week.
