Ramseys’ Interviews Won’t Be Released

At prosecutors’ urging, an attorney for the parents of JonBenet Ramsey will keep videotapes of last month’s police interviews with them private to help in the investigation of the case. “John and Patsy Ramsey are willing to cooperate at this time,” attorney L. Lin Wood said. No one has been charged in the slaying of the 6-year-old beauty queen in the family’s home in Boulder, Colo., in 1996, although police have said the parents are under an “umbrella of suspicion.”
