Krause’s Takes Aim at Hospitality Market

Krause’s Furniture Inc. in Brea disclosed plans Thursday for a major expansion of its CastroContract division target market and appointed an experienced senior executive to lead the initiative.

Krause’s said in a press release that Ronald J. Werner was appointed senior vice president of CastroContract, which caters to the hospitality industry. He will head a nationwide network of more than 60 sales agents, who are expected to begin representing CastroContract within 30 days.

Werner, who has more than 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, had been vice president for sales at Kwalu Inc. He reports to Herb Friedman, the company’s president.
