President Leaves MAI; Kretzmer Assumes Post

MAI Systems Corp. said Monday that Luke Brown resigned as president and chief operating officer and left the company.

Brown had been promoted to chief operating officer in August 1999.

In a press release, the Irvine information technology company said Chief Executive W. Brian Kretzmer will assume Brown’s duties.

Further information wasn’t immediately available.

MAI stock lost 6 cents a share Monday to close at 50 cents in American Stock Exchange trading.
