WESTMINSTER
Planning commissioners voted 3 to 0 to approve plans for a buffet-style restaurant at the Westminster Mall.
Representatives from the O-Nami Corp. said construction of the eatery, featuring patio dining, might be completed within four months.
It was announced that Commissioner Earl French resigned his seat because of ill health. Commission Chairman Russell Paris was absent during last week’s meeting.
