GOVERNMENT CONTRACT AWARDS

* Litton Systems Inc. of Woodland Hills won a $1-million contract from the U.S. Air Force at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., for aircraft and airframe structural components.

* Whittaker Corp. in North Hollywood won a $140,700 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for bracket and shaft assemblies.
