North to Take Seat on Centor Software Board
Robert L. North has joined the board of directors of Centor Software Corp. in Irvine. North is the former chief executive, president and director of HNC Software. He was also a senior executive at TRW for 21 years, where he served as vice president and general manager of the electronic systems group.
* John Dunham has been promoted from associate director to director of manufacturing operations at TDK Semiconductor Corp. in Tustin. Dunham joined the company in 1990 from Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho.
* David Perry has been elected to the board of directors of the Kidney Cancer Assn. He is managing partner of the law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP’s Orange County office.
* Bill McCarthy has joined Essex Realty Management in Costa Mesa as a senior manager. He had been director of business development at Jamba Juice in San Francisco. Before that, McCarthy was with the Koll Co.
* William H. Alexander is the new chairman and chief executive of ICityOnline in Anaheim. He succeeds Anton Simson as chairman. Simson becomes senior vice president. Alexander was the founder of 1-800-Flowers and served as president and chief executive. He was also president of BranchDataComm and principal stockholder, president and chief executive of First Computer Services Corp.
