A Brea man accused of rape and burglary will be arraigned on the charges Oct. 5, the district attorney’s office said Wednesday.
Robert W. Bradford, 38, was arrested Sept. 14 by Brea police and charged with two counts of rape, one count of forced oral copulation, burglary and assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
According to police, he broke into two different Brea homes on Sept. 1, 1998, and Aug. 12, 2000, early in the morning, woke the victims and then raped them.
