Irvine’s Abbott Resources Group Sells Its HR Unit to Onvoi

Abbott Resources Group, an Irvine provider of temporary and permanent staffing, has sold its human resources unit, Abbott HR, to Onvoi Business Solutions in Sacramento, Onvoi said Thursday. Financial terms were not disclosed. Onvoi said it will retain Abbott HR’s six human resource professionals.

Abbott HR provides such services as benefits administration and payroll processing for small- and medium-size companies.
