* Anaheim-based Marquis Property Co. bought the 68,504-square-foot Park Orangewood office complex at the 57 Freeway at Orangewood Avenue in Orange for $9.2 million from Muller Co. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer and the seller.

* Nevins Construction bought a 66-unit apartment building at 444 W. Duarte Road in Arcadia for $7.4 million from James and Jeanette Mamakos and Socrates and Denise Mamakos. David Kaufman and Richard Ringer of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller.

* La Jolla Sports USA acquired a 75,567-square-foot industrial building at 17 Pasteur in the Irvine Spectrum from Bristol-Myers Squibb. Christine Bowen and John Matus of Lee & Associates represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Gary Allen of Grubb & Ellis.

* BP Industries acquired a 140,135-square-foot warehouse at 5300 Concours St. in Ontario for $6.5 million from Master Development Corp. and Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. Michael Chavez, Bill Heim and Michael Giuliano of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and the sellers.

* Indian Hill LLC purchased a 75-unit apartment complex at 510-522 S. Indian Hill Blvd. in Claremont for nearly $6 million from David C. Cook. Paul Marengo of Century 21 Beachside represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Sam Sant of Independence Realty.

* Brown Associates II bought the 27,000-square-foot La Verne Retail Center at 1400-1480 Foothill Blvd. in La Verne for $5.4 million from F&W; Development. Reza Etedali and Mehran Foroughi of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer. The seller was represented by John Kiley of Kahl & Goevia.

* Conexant Systems of Newport Beach bought a 43,600-square-foot industrial building at 711 Mitchell Road in Thousand Oaks from the Stone Family Trust for $3 million. John DeGrinis of Colliers Seeley International represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Jack Dwyer of NAI Capital Commercial.
