The Santa Ana company, which leases high-technology equipment, reported that net earnings for the third quarter that ended March 31 decreased 23% to $4.1 million, or 36 cents a share, from $5.3 million, or 45 cents a share, for the third quarter last year. Revenue declined 17% to $16.5 million.
