Eliminate Land Mines

No, the U.S. hasn’t cooled toward the phaseout of land mines (Aug. 3). Perhaps the administration has. However, it’s a good bet that the rest of us want the world rid of this terrible scourge. Let the world know that those in the U.S. who are “cool” to eliminating these ghastly weapons are few in number.
