Give Peace a Chance
The truly sad thing is that after all of the killing is done, after all the misery and calamities are endured, in the end Israelis and Palestinians must find a way to live together. Israel can’t possibly bulldoze the Palestinian people out of existence and the Palestinians cannot push the Israelis into the sea.
There are no good guys here. Simple hatred and tribalism are the key forces at work; state-sponsored terrorism versus guerrilla terrorism. What is the difference between death by a Hamas bomb or death by an Israel Defense Forces bullet? To the leadership on both sides of the issue I say, gentlemen, haven’t your people suffered enough? Haven’t you the moral courage to stop the insanity? Get real; get together right now.
