Web Pornography Law

Share

Re “Web Pornography in Supreme Court’s Sights,” Nov. 29, on denying children and teenagers access to sexually explicit material: This is not quite clear to me. How would commercial pornographers remain commercial if they didn’t charge customers? On the Internet, how would they charge them, if not with a credit card? Therefore, anyone who wants pornography on the Internet needs a credit card already. Aside from any questions of free speech, this proposed law is completely unnecessary--and silly. I’ll bet none of the Supreme Court justices can move a mouse.
