Two French groups said they will appeal the recent federal court decision that held that Yahoo Inc. did not have to remove Nazi memorabilia from its site to comply with a ruling in France. Attorneys for the League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism and the Union of Jewish Students contended that Yahoo should not be shielded from French law by the First Amendment.
