The American Industrial Real Estate Assn. is scheduled to present its annual industrial real estate forecast Jan. 23 at the Los Angeles Marriott Downtown Hotel.

The 5 p.m. event will feature brokers from leading real estate firms who will report on the outlook for Southern California.
