Kathleen Cote Joins Western Digital Board

Kathleen A. Cote has been elected to the board of disk-drive manufacturer Western Digital Corp. in Lake Forest, bringing the number of directors to seven.

Cote is president of Seagrass Partners, a Boston-based consulting firm. Until 1998, Cote was president and chief executive of Computervision Corp., a supplier of product development and data management software, consulting and systems integration services.

From 1980 to 1986, she was with Wang Laboratories, most recently as director of manufacturing.
