Keith Cos. Acquire Phoenix Company

The Keith Cos., a Costa Mesa engineering and consulting firm, said Thursday that it has acquired privately held Hook & Associates Engineering Inc., a consulting engineering firm in Phoenix. Terms were not disclosed.

Keith Cos. said in a press release that the acquisition gives it additional engineering talent and expands its operations into three additional Western states, Arizona, Colorado and Wyoming. It also is expected to help Keith add clients in high-growth sectors like telecommunications and wireless equipment industries.

Hook’s unaudited gross revenue last year was about $7 million, Keith Cos. said.
