Onyx Acceptance Corp.

The Foothill Ranch automobile finance company reported fourth-quarter net income of $887,290, or 17 cents a share, down from $2.6 million, or 41 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue fell 3% to $23.9 million. Net income for the year dropped 41% to $5.8 million, or $1 a share, from $9.8 million, or $1.50 a share, for 1999. Revenue rose 7% to $100.9 million.
