Simple Technology’s Net Income Rises

Simple Technology Inc., a Santa Ana maker of data storage and memory products, reported that fourth-quarter net income rose 64% to $5.9 million from $3.6 million a year earlier. Revenue rose 61% to a record $90.5 million. For the year, net income more than doubled to $25.4 million from $12.5 million. Revenue increased 60% to $308.3 million. Simple Technology completed its initial public offering in September.
