Wonderware to Buy Distributor’s Assets

Irvine software maker Wonderware Corp. said it agreed to acquire certain assets of its Scandinavian distributor, Industrial Communications Group AS for an undisclosed amount of cash. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the first quarter.
