Taxi fares--A chart (“Just the Facts,” Feb. 11) comparing cab fares in various cities misstated the fare for a three-mile daytime cab ride in Los Angeles. The fare is $8.40, based on distance alone and including a 15% tip. A higher fare was cited due to incorrect information provided by the source of the chart.
