TravelnStore Stock Trading on OTC Bulletin Board
TravelnStore Inc., a retail travel agency consortium based in Camarillo, has begun trading its common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board.
The trading symbol for TravelnStore is TVLN.
Jim B. Tyner, company chairman and chief executive, said selling stock will allow TravelnStore to raise money and reach some of its strategic goals.
TravelnStore operates through its affiliate, World Key Agency Group.
World Key has contracts with leisure travel service providers, including Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Princess Cruises, Hertz Inc. car rental agency, tour companies resorts and hotel groups.
The company expects that, as the number of retail travel agencies in the consortium grows, it will be able to provide its members with greater commission income than they currently receive as independent agencies.
There are more than 120 retail travel agencies in the World Key consortium.
