Valley Country Club Apartments Purchased

The Valley Country Club Apartments in Sherman Oaks have been purchased by Pacific Property Co. of Palo Alto for more than $9.9 million.

Pacific plans to spend an additional $1.6 million to renovate the property near Sepulveda Boulevard and the San Diego Freeway.

Investment Real Estate Associates arranged the transaction between Pacific and a local investor.

Pacific Property is an independently owned investment company that acquires apartments throughout the Pacific Northwest and California.
