President of Board Named at Nonprofit

* Lawrence R. Armstrong has been named president of the board of directors for Community Services Programs, a Santa Ana nonprofit agency. He is chief executive of Ware & Malcomb Architects.

* Alan Baron has been named vice president of operations for OCT Group in Irvine. Before joining the company, he was director of information services in charge of financial applications for the Irvine Co. In addition, Beth Paul has been appointed vice president of sales. She was director of sales.
