Public, Private School Differences

* Wow, it just hit me: Instead of giving parents vouchers to enable them to send their children to private schools, why not allow our public schools to function on the same level as the private schools?

That is, parents agree that the children will wear uniforms, come to school in clean clothing and with hair clean and combed. Parents make sure homework is completed and neatly done. Parents tell the children they are to follow school rules, or else.

In other words, back up the teachers and allow them to teach without disruptive students being the cause of others’ children not getting an education.
