Arizona Is a 77-61 Winner Over USC

Reshea Bristol scored 18 points and Krista Warren had 17 as Arizona defeated USC, 77-61, in a Pacific 10 Conference game at Tucson.
The Wildcats (18-7, 8-5), who shot 60%, pulled away in the late stages of the first half after back-to-back lay-ins by Warren started a 10-3 run. USC (9-13, 4-8) used an 11-0 run to reduce the deficit to 60-53.
A three-point play by Elizabeth Pickney with 7:11 left stopped USC’s momentum and enabled the Wildcats to pull comfortably ahead.
