American National Financial Inc.:

The Orange real estate services company said it earned $887,000, or 12 cents a share, in the fourth quarter, contrasted with a net loss of $561,000, or 8 cents a share, for the same quarter of 1999.

Revenue increased 24% to $22.5 million. For the year, net earnings totaled $2 million, or 28 cents a share, compared with net earnings of $5.6 million, or 81 cents a share, for 1999. Revenue declined 7% to $82.7 million.
