* Kozmo.com, one of the last Internet-only delivery companies, said it laid off 60 employees, or 4% of its work force, as part of a sweeping plan to build a bricks-and-mortar presence. Under the plan, the privately held New York company is expanding its business-to-business operations--including leasing out its warehouse space and fulfillment operations--and dropping the .com from its name. Kozmo also will unveil a print catalog on April 1.
