The Newport Beach health care information technology company reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $18 million, or 53 cents a share, compared with a 1999 fourth-quarter net loss of $5.1 million, or 29 cents a share. Revenue advanced to $34.2 million from $11.2 million. The net loss for the year totaled $42.3 million, or $1.80 a share, compared with a 1999 net loss of $7.9 million, or 85 cents a share. Revenue increased to $89.1 million from $32.9 million.
