Irvine’s Printronix Posts Loss; Resources Connection Inc. Soars

Printronix Inc., Irvine manufacturer of computer printers, reported a third-quarter net loss of $395,000, or 6 cents a share, which included restructuring charges of $866,000. A year ago, the company earned $3.4 million, or 51 cents a share. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 29 declined 22% to $40.4 million.
