Forum to Forecast L.A. Market

The American Industrial Real Estate Assn. will present a review and forecast of market conditions in Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire at 5 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Los Angeles Marriott Downtown. The event will focus on key submarkets within the region, with presentations by experts from each market. The panelists and the markets they will discuss will include Paul R. Earnhart, executive vice president at Lee & Associates, Inland Empire; Michal J. LaRoque, executive vice president at Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, San Fernando Valley; Rick McGeagh, vice president at CB Richard Ellis, Mid-Cities; Jeff Stephens, vice president at CB Richard Ellis, Central L.A.; David Prior, president of the Klabin Co., South Bay; and Rob Socci, senior vice president at Voit Commercial Brokerage, Orange County.
