Balance of Power
* The Supreme Court’s decision limiting the federal government’s power to regulate wetlands (Jan. 10) is yet another reminder that the time has come for a constitutional amendment expanding the power of the federal government. The United States must have a strong central government, and the Supreme Court’s steady whittling away of the federal government’s power must be stopped.
