What’s a Mac user to do? Some 90% of the world are devoted--by habit more than anything else, probably--to their clunky old PCs. But a couple of times a year, the faithful gather for Macworld--a meeting that’s part trade show, part electronic revival.

Last week’s Macworld in San Francisco drew thousands to check out the latest hardware and software, including the slick titanium PowerBook, which sets a new standard for how elegant a laptop computer can be.

It got us thinking. We don’t do enough for Mac users. So we decided to think different and give Apple fans what they’ve been asking for--a place of their own. Hence, this Mac special report.
