The Santa Ana company, which leases high-technology equipment, reported net earnings of $3.6 million, or 31 cents a share, for the second quarter ended Dec. 31, down 32% from $5.3 million, or 44 cents a share, for the second quarter a year ago. Revenue declined 22% to $15.9 million.
