ESynch to Become Unit of Streamedia

ESynch Corp., a Tustin provider of online streaming video products, said Wednesday that it has tentatively agreed to be acquired by a New York City company for an undisclosed amount.

ESynch said in a news release that it would become a wholly owned subsidiary of Streamedia Communications Inc., a streaming media services company.

The combined companies would provide a single source for customers seeking such streaming media services as Web hosting, Web design, encoding, distribution and customized site development.
