Fidelity Expands Public Offering

Fidelity National Financial Inc. in Irvine, the nation’s largest provider of title insurance, said Thursday that it has increased its public offering of common stock from 6 million to 7 million shares and priced the offering at $33.50 per share.

Fidelity plans to use proceeds to help repay debt under an existing $800-million credit agreement.

The stock rose $1.88 to $35.88 a share on the New York Stock Exchange.
