Killer of 3 in Grocery Executed in Oklahoma

McALESTER, Okla. —
A man who orchestrated a robbery at the grocery store where he once worked and killed three employees was executed Thursday night.
Billy Ray Fox, 35, was condemned for the July 3, 1985, murders. He did not request a clemency hearing and filed no appeals to try to halt his execution. He was the sixth inmate executed in Oklahoma this month.
