Internet Sales of Homes

It is encouraging to read about the strong real estate market in the San Fernando Valley. Most such stories focus entirely on how buyers are finding homes or how agents are showing properties to buyers, either by the Internet or the old-fashioned way. The reality is that most agents spend most of their time trying to obtain these listings--not taking buyers on house-hunting trips. Only homes listed for sale show up on the Internet. And the most successful agents are almost always those agents whose names are on those “For Sale” signs.
